摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定藏药十八味杜鹃丸中黄酮类成分含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50),流速为1m L/min,检测波长为360nm。结果:金丝桃苷、槲皮素、山奈酚和异鼠李素分别在0.0773-0.773μg、0.0467-0.467μg、0.0428-0.428μg和0.0536-0.536μg之间线性关系良好。金丝桃苷、槲皮素和异鼠李素平均回收率分别为98.76%(RSD=1.71%)、97.57%(RSD=1.16)和97.74%(RSD=1.26)。结论:该方法稳定、准确,重现性好,阴性对照无干扰,可用于十八味杜鹃丸中黄酮类成分的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the Determination of Flavonoids in Tibetan medicine Shibawei Dujuan pills. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 (250mm × 4. 6mm, 5μm) with a mixture of methanol - 0. 1% phosphate (50:50) as the mobile phase. The determination wavelength was set at 360nm with the flow rate of 1.0mL · min^-1. Results The hyperosid, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamntin showed good linearity in the range of 0. 0773 -0. 7731~g, 0. 0467 -0. 467μg, 0. 0428 -0. 428μg and 0. 0536 -0. 536μg respectively. The average recovery rate of hyperosid, quereetin and isorhamntin were 98. 76% ( RSD = 1.71% ), 97. 57% ( RSD = 1.16) and 97. 74% ( RSD = 1.26) respectively. Conclusions The method is stable and accurate. It can be used for the content determination of flavonoids in tibetan medicine shibawei dujuan pills.
