摘要
淫羊藿是我国传统的壮阳药物,随着淫羊霍在抗勃起功能障碍(ED)作用机制中的认识和深入研究,发现其在一氧化氮-环鸟苷酸-磷酸二酯酶5(NO-c GMP-PDE5)通路中起关键作用,能够减少海绵体平滑肌细胞萎缩和凋亡,促进性激素和促性腺激素分泌,增加性器官和性腺的脏器指数等。文中就上述研究进行药理学方面的综述,为其药剂学的进一步开发提供参考。
Epimedium is the traditional herbal on erectile dysfunction, it has the critical effection through NO -cGMP -PDE5 signaling pathway, can reduce atrophy and apoptosis of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells, promote the secretion of sex hormone and gonadotropin, and increase the organ index of sexual organs and sexual, etc. This paper reviewed the study of pharmacological, to provide the reference for the further pharmacy development.
