馆藏资源语义知识库及服务平台构建探究--以台湾问题为例

Development of Semantic Knowledge Base and Service System Based on Library Resources ——Taking Taiwan Issues As Example

在对目前馆藏资源语义化和国内外知识库研究现状进行总结的基础上提出馆藏资源语义知识库的构建方案(以台湾问题为例),以期从广度和深度组织与揭示馆藏资源并且向用户提供知识化、语义化的服务。在馆藏资源语义化方面,有效结合信息计量及文本挖掘方法进行本体构建。同时在知识存储方面,摈弃传统关系数据存储模式,结合大数据技术,提出基于No SQL图形数据库的知识存储方案。从数字文献资源的外在结构组织与内在主题语义两个方面对馆藏资源语义化及台湾问题知识库构建进行探索。

Based on the research on knowledge base at home and abroad, this paper studies the construction of Knowledge Base of the Taiwan Issues in order to organize and mine the knowledge of library resources from the breadth and depth and to provide customers with knowledgeable and semantic services. In terms of semantic process of library resources, this paper constructs ontology with information measurement and text mining methods. Meanwhile, in the knowledge storage, it proposs NoSQL data storage model combining big data technologies instead of relational data storage model. This paper realizes the semantization of library resources and the Taiwan Issues Knowledge Base.
