近年来文化共享工程地方资源建设项目研究

Project Research on Local Resource Construction of the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project in Recent Years

数字文化资源建设是文化共享工程发展的关键和重心。文章认为必须继续提升地方资源建设的工作规制，努力加强资源建设工作的深度和广度；并以2011～2013年经文化部全国公共文化发展中心专家评审通过、最终立项建设的297个项目为主线，从立项成果数量、成果形式、成果侧重、区域分布、重点省区、资源内容、评审专家、评审特点、存在问题以及立项发展展望等10个方面进行全方位、立体化扫描。

The construction of digital resources is core for the development of Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project. Therefore, the authors argue that the working mechanism should be improved and the resource construction should be strengthened in depth and width. Taking the 297 projects finally approved by the experts from the National Public Culture Developing Center of Ministry of Culture, the authors make a thorough study of them from the aspects of the quantity, form and emphasis of project results, the region distribution, key provinces, resource contents, evaluation experts, the evaluation characteristics, the existing problems, as well as project prospect.
