摘要
目的 采用骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)移植治疗脊髓损伤的临床实用价值.方法 经体外分离、提取BMSCs;选取我院康复中心脊髓损伤患者80例,随机分为两组,实验组采用BMSCs治疗,对照组采用康复训练治疗,观测两组治疗前后情况,比较感觉评分、日常生活能力评分、神经功能评分、美国脊柱损伤协会(ASIA)评分以及并发症.结果 实验组与对照组在接受治疗后,实验组感觉评分为(107.9 ±20.2)分,日常生活能力评分为(55.9±17.6)分;对照组感觉评分为(100.3±19.9)分,日常生活能力评分为(65.8±32.1)分;治疗后,实验组浅感觉评分为(84.6±20.7)分,深感觉评分为(85.2±20.2)分,运动功能评分为(74.9±22.6)分;对照组浅感觉评分为(80.9±36.6)分,深感觉评分为(80.4±31.9)分,运动功能评分为(67.3 ±27.7)分;实验组2例病程时间超过6个月以上的患者,经手术治疗之后,1个月后转变为E级;对照组7例病程时间超过6个月以上的患者,治疗后与治疗前差异无统计学意义;实验组1例患者在术后出现不明原因发热,经处理无复发.结论 BMSCs移植用于脊髓损伤修复治疗具有确切疗效.
Objective Using bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) transplantation for treatment of spinal cord injury clinical practical value.Methods Extraction of BMSCs after in vitro isolation,in our hospital rehabilitation center for patients with spinal cord injury in 80 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group using BMSCs therapy,the control group using rehabilitation treatment,after treatment in the two groups,contrast sensory score,daily life ability score,neurological function score,American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) score and complications.Results The experimental group and control group after treatment,the experimental group sensory scores for (107.9 ± 20.2),ability of daily living score was 55.9 ± 17.6,control group (100.3 ± 19.9 sensory score),ability of daily living score was 65.8 ± 32.1 ; after the treatment,the experimental group shallow sensory score was 84.6 ± 20.7,deep sensory score 85.2 ± 20.2,motor function score 74.9 ± 22.6 ; control group superficial sensory score 80.9 ± 36.6,deep sensory score 80.4 ± 31.9,motor function score 67.3 ± 27.7 the experimental group 2 cases; the duration of more than 6 months after operation of patients,after treatment,1 months after the transition to E grade; 7 cases in the control group the duration of more than 6 months in patients,as before and after treatment; the experimental group of 1 patients with fever of unknown origin in postoperative,the no recurrence.Conclusion BMSCs transplantation for the repair of spinal cord injury has sure curative effect in treating.
