急性肺损伤辅助性T细胞1和辅助性T细胞17失衡的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究旨在探讨急性肺损伤(ALI)时肺组织辅助性T细胞(Th)失衡变化及意义. 一、材料与方法 1.材料:C57BL/6小鼠24只(体质量18~22g),由南京军区总医院实验动物中心提供.脂多糖(LPS)和胶原酶V购自Sigma-Aldrich公司.小鼠白细胞介素(IL)-6、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、IL-4和IL-17酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂盒购自上海依科赛生物有限公司.实时定量聚合酶链反应(Real-time PCR)试剂盒RNAisoTM Plus、PrimeScriptTM RT reagent试剂盒、SYBR(R) Premix Ex TaqTM和PCR引物购自宝生物工程有限公司.
