乙型肝炎基因治疗的前景展望 被引量:3

摘要 乙肝病毒(Hepatitis B Virus,HBV)感染呈全球分布,而我国乃至亚太地区是乙型肝炎高发地区,严重威胁人类健康。全球约20亿人曾感染过HBV,其中3.5亿人为慢性HBV感染者,每年约有100万人死于HBV感染所致的肝衰竭、肝硬化和肝细胞肝癌[1]。
