摘要
目的研究朱顶红抗肿瘤化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法,对朱顶红总生物碱部位成分进行分离纯化,根据波谱学数据以及理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法进行抗肿瘤活性测试。结果得到9个生物碱类化合物,3-0-demethyltazettine(1)、hippadine(2)、trisphaeridine(3)、5,6-dihydrobicolorine(4)、N-methylcrinasiadine(5)、3-epimacronine(6)、石蒜碱(7)、montanine(8)和多花水仙碱(9)。结论化合物1—6为从该植物中首次分离得到,化合物7和8对A-549、HepG2和HT-29肿瘤细胞增殖表现出较强抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the antitumor alkaloids from bulbs of Hippeastrum vittatum. METHODS The chemical constituents of total alkaloids from bulbs of Hippeastrum vittatum were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated by spectral data and physicochemical properties. The antitumor activity was assessed by MTF method. RESULTS Nine alkaloid compounds were purified and identified as 3-O-demethyhazettine( 1 ), hippadine (2), trisphaeridine (3), 5,6-dihydrobicolorine (4), N-methylcrinasiadine ( 5 ), 3-epimacronine ( 6 ), lycorine ( 7 ), montanine ( 8 ) and ( + ) -tazettine ( 9 ). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 - 6 are isolated for the first time from Hippeastrum vittatum. Compounds 7 and 8 show significant antitumor activity against A-549, HepG2 and HT-29.
