摘要
过氧化氢酶作为一种抗氧化剂广泛存在于各类生物体中,也被应用于纺织废水、食品、工业酶催化等多个领域。在工业应用中,为了提高过氧化氢酶的催化效率、稳定性、操作稳定性,通常会对其进行固定化。该研究论述了过氧化氢酶的结构、特点、纯化方式、固定化和应用方面的研究进展。
As one kind of antioxidant,catalase can be found in almost all organisms and has been used in various fields,such as textile wastewater,food and enzyme catalysis industries.In order to increase the catalytic efficiency,stability,usability in reactors for industrial application,the catalase often was immobilized.The structure,sources,purification methods,immobilization and application of catalase were discussed.
