摘要
[目的]探究无患子粗提物的抑菌杀菌效果。[方法]酶解法提取无患子果皮中的皂苷,并测其皂苷含量。将皂苷粗提液稀释成3种浓度,用这3种浓度的粗提液分别对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌和酵母菌进行抑菌试验,测定抑菌率;用无患子皂苷粗提液对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌进行杀菌试验,测定杀菌率。[结果]随着无患子粗提液皂苷浓度的提高,其对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率保持25%不变,对其他4种菌的抑菌率均有不同程度的提高,其中对酵母菌的抑菌率高达68.4%;111.9mg/ml的无患子皂苷粗提液对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌的杀菌率随着杀菌时间的延长均有不同程度的提高,其中对酵母菌的杀菌率最高,30 min内达100%。
[Objective] To study bacteriostasic activity and disinfection function of the Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn crude extract.[Method] Enzymatic hydrolysis was used to extract the saponin from the pericarp of the Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn,and then saponin content was tested.The saponin crude extract was diluted into three kinds of concentration which would be tested on Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,S.albus,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,then the inhibitory rate was determined; sterilization experiment was conducted by using Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn's saponin extract on Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae.The sterilization rate was measured.[Result] With the saponin concentration increased,the inhibitory rate on Staphylococcus aureus remained 25% unchanged,while inhibition rate on the other four kinds of bacteria increased in different degree,including inhibition rate on Saccharomyces cerevisiae was as high as 68.4 ; 111.9 mg/ml of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn saponin crude extract's sterilization rate on Escherichia coli,Bacillus bacillus,Saccharomyces cerevisiae have different degrees of improvement with the sterilization time prolong,among them the highest sterilition rate of Saccharomyces cerevisiae reached 100% in 30 min.
