铁皮石斛研究开发综述与展望

Research and Development Review and Prospects of Dendrobium officinale

铁皮石斛为滋阴效果极佳的名贵中药材,具有广阔的发展应用前景。铁皮石斛含有石斛多糖、石斛碱、挥发性化学成分等多种有效成分,已开发出颗粒剂、胶囊、浸膏、口服液、口含片、复方制剂等多种类型的药品、保健品和食品。笔者针对铁皮石斛在开发利用方面存在的问题进行初步探讨,并提出相应对策,以期产业健康持久发展。

As the excellent nourishing yin results of precious Chinese medicine,Dendrobium officinale has broad application prospects.Dendrobium officinale containing a variety of active ingredients,dendrobium polysaccharides,dendrobine,volatile constituents,etc.has developed granules,capsules,extract,oral liquid,buccal tablets,compound preparations and other types of drugs,health products and food.The existing problems in development and utilization of Dendrobium officinale were discussed,corresponding countermeasures were put forward for keeping the industry healthy and sustainable development.
