摘要 [目的]研究不同密度育苗对黄菠萝生长的影响,为黄菠萝优质苗木的规模化生产提供科学的依据。[方法]采用不同规格的容器进行黄菠萝苗木培育,定期观测黄菠萝苗木生长,苗木停止生长后,测定苗木地上部分和地下部分生长量,确定黄菠萝最佳的育苗密度。[结果]不同密度对黄菠萝苗木生长进程有一定影响,对黄菠萝苗木地上部分和地下部分生长影响也很显著,黄菠萝最佳育苗密度为200株/m2。[结论]为了培育大量优质壮苗,提高经济效益,应合理控制育苗密度。苗木密度适宜时,苗干粗壮,根系发达,高径比值较小,合格苗木数量多,抗逆能力较强;密度过小,不但不能充分利用土地,而且苗木质量也不一定高。 [Objective] The effects of different seedling density on Phellodendron amurense Rupr.were studied to provide scientific basis for large scale production of high quality seedling.[Method] We used different specifications of containers on the seedling cultivation,observed seedling growth regularly,mensurated the seedlings growth of ground and underground parts when the seedling growth stopped to determin the best seedling density.[Result] Different density had a certain influence on the growth process on the seedlings of P.amurense,the effects to the growth of ground and underground part were also significant,the best seedling density on the breeding of P.amurense was 200 plants per square meter.[Conclusion] In order to cultivate large numbers of high quality seedlings and improve economic efficiency,seedling density should be rationally controlled.The seedling growed strong with developed root system,the ratio of height and diameter was smaller,resistance ability was stronger,could get more qualified seedlings when the seedling density was suitable.The land could not be full used and the quality of seedlings was not necessarily good when the density was too small.
