沉香复合烟用香原料在“双喜·好日子”卷烟中应用的研究

Application of Eaglewood Composite Cigarette Perfume Materials in the “Double Happiness · Good Day” Brand Cigarettes

[目的]考察沉香复合烟用香原料对"双喜·好日子"品牌卷烟感官质量和风格特征的影响。[方法]以新型沉香复合烟用香原料为研究对象,采用中式卷烟评价法和香味轮廓法对新型沉香复合烟用香原料分别从施加料液和香精的卷烟进行感官质量和嗅香评价。[结果]试验表明,通过施加沉香复合烟用香原料,使"双喜·好日子"品牌卷烟的烟草本香更加凸显,香气更丰富,增强了柔雅舒适以及清甜细腻的吸味感受,提升了卷烟香气质量,舒缓喉部感受,赋予增香保润的作用,彰显了"清雅自然香"的风格特征。[结论]研究可为特色天然香料在卷烟中的应用研究提供参考依据,也为充分利用天然植物资源以促进卷烟工业的发展提供借鉴。

[Objective] To investigate the influence of new eaglewood composite cigarette perfume materials on sensory quality and style features of ＂Double Happiness · Good Day＂ brand cigarettes.[Method] Chinese cigarette evaluation method and flavor profile method for eaglewood tobacco composite material was applied separately from the feed solution and flavor of cigarettes and sniffing fragrant sensory quality evaluation.[Result] The results showed that by applying eaglewood composite cigarette perfume materials,so that the ＂Double Happiness ·Good Day＂ brand cigarette the real tobacco aroma is more prominent and richer,enhancing the soft,comfortable and sweet,dedicating taste experience,and improving the aroma quality of cigarettes,reducing the oral coating/dryness and throat irritation,giving the aroma and moisturizing effect,highlighting the ＂freshness natural and sweet tobacco aroma＂ style characteristics.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for application of distinctive natural perfume materials in cigarettes,and provide reference for promoting cigarette industry development by fully utilization of natural plant resources.
