重症监护室与呼吸科中抗鲍曼不动杆菌的药物应用 被引量：3

Application of drug against Acinetobacter Baumannii in intensive care unit and department of respiration

摘要 鲍曼不动杆菌已成为医院部分科室的常见病原菌,在重症监护室和呼吸科等科室该菌的分离率越来越高。随着抗生素大量应用,多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌接踵而至,引起国内外的高度重视。本文以药物治疗为重点,对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌展开探讨。 Acinetobacter Baumannii has become a common pathogen iso-lated in nosocomial infection, especially, the bacteria′s separation rate is higher and higher in Intensive Care Unit （ ICU） and respiratory depart-ment.Along with the application of antibiotics, multidrug -resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii followed and has drawn great global attention.The drug treatment for multidrug -resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii is reviewed in this paper.
