影响硫嘌呤类药物个体化应用的相关转运体遗传多态性的研究状况

Progress on effects of pharmacogenetics of related transporters on improving the individualized thiopurine therapy

摘要 硫嘌呤类药物作为一类常用的免疫抑制剂,其疗效和不良反应的差异与转运体的基因多态性的关系已成为研究热点,本文收集并分析了相关转运体的遗传多态性与硫嘌呤类药物疗效和不良反应的相关性报道,以期为临床硫嘌呤类药物个体化应用提供一定参考。 Thiopurines, one kind of immunosuppressant, represents an effective and widely prescribed therapy in clinic.There is a growing at-tention paid on the relationship between the individual difference of effi-cacy and side effects of thiopurines and the genetic polymorphisms of rel-evant transporters.Therefore, this review summarizes the correlation of the genetic polymorphisms of relevant transporters and efficacy and ad-verse effects of thiopurines, so as to provide theoretical guidance for indi-vidualized treatment in clinical practice.
