节镍耐蚀型热双金属的研究与制备

摘要 通过对低压电器行业中应用于不同场合的热双金属的特性进行研究分析,利用独立恒张力/定位复合技术以及多辊精密轧制技术,同时设计专门工装,实现多层不同厚度的单金属材料择优复合,开发出一系列环保型的节镍耐蚀型热双金属产品。结果表明,此类产品具有焊接强度高、电阻调整范围广等特性,可满足低压电器不同应用电流场合的使用要求,并且可以实现用镍量最高可节约30%,其中新开发的192系列热双金属还具备有较好耐蚀性,可应用于特殊环境中。 In the study, we analyzed the characteristics of bimetal applied in different occasions inlow-voltage apparatus industry. The advanced independent constant tension and positioning bondingtechnology, and the multi-roller precision rolling technology, as well as the special tooling design,were applied to realize the preferential recombination of single metal material layers with differentthickness and develop a series of Ni-saving thermal bimetals with good performance and environmentalprotection. Results show that the new bimetals have the characteristics of high weldingstrength and adjustable resistance, so that they can meet the requirement of low-voltage apparatusto be applied to occasions with different current. Also the nickel can be saved up to 30%. Nowthe new bimetal product of 192 series has better corrosion resistance, and it can be applied inspecial environment.
