硅钢废钢合金元素再利用及其品质优化生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 硅钢废钢是优质废钢,为了整体提升和稳定硅钢废钢资源品质,本研究借助中频感应炉对其进行重熔、精炼。结果表明,绝大多数检测样本的Si含量在0.51%~1.50%范围内,占比达82.5%。检测样本的平均Si含量为1.02%。本试验条件下,Al含量的去除效果为93.6%~98.8%,去除效率为1.2×10-4/min^8.1×10-4/min。与冷炉熔炼相比,熔炼第2、3、4炉的电耗,分别降低了173、256、289 k W·h/t,降低幅度分别为18.7%、27.7%、31.3%;熔化速度分别提升了4.4、7.3、8.6 kg/min,提升幅度分别为23.3%、38.6%、45.5%。大生产时,应根据不同熔炼吨位,选择合适的熔炼功率,以确保同时具有较低的熔炼电耗和较高的熔炼速度。 Si steel sheet scrap is a kind of high quality scrap. In order to improve and stabilizethe Si steel sheet scrap resource quality, the study remelts and refines the Si steel sheet scrap bythe medium-frequency induction furnace. Results show that almost all of the Si content of thetested samples is in the range of 0.51% to 1.50%, and the proportion reaches to 82.5%. Theaverage Si content of the tested samples is 1.02%. In present work, the removal effects of Alcontent is from 93.6% to 98.8%, and the removal efficiency is from 1.2×10^-4/min to 8.1×10^-4/min.Contrasted with the cold furnace remelting, the power consumption of the following second, thirdand fourth charge, decreased by 173, 256 and 289 kW·h/t, and the decreased extent is 18.7%,27.7% and 31.3%, respectively. The remelting rate increases by 4.4, 7.3 and 8.6 kg/min, and theincreased extent is 23.3% , 38.6% and 45.5% . In the industrial production, the suitable powershould be adopted according to the remelting tonnage, in order to ensure the lower remeltingpower consumption and the higher remelting rate simultaneously.
