风力发电机定子线圈绝缘高频脉冲电老化性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为掌握风力发电机定子线圈绝缘结构的耐高频脉冲电压水平和优化风力发电机定子线圈的绝缘结构,对风力发电机定子线圈进行了高频脉冲电老化性能研究,测试了风力发电机定子线圈每隔250 h高频脉冲电老化后的电性能。结果表明:随着高频脉冲电老化时间的增加,介质损耗因数有所增大,吸收比增加,绝缘电阻先下降后上升;线圈的起始放电电压较未老化线圈的起始放电电压有所下降;外推出风力发电机定子线圈高频老化寿命大于30年。 In order to know the resistance to high frequency pulse voltage of stator coil insulation structurefor wind power generator and optimize the insulation structure, we studied the properties of thestator coils aged under high frequency pulse for wind power generator. The electrical properties of theaged stator coils were tested every 250 hours. The results show that with the increase of ageing time,the dielectric dissipation factor and the absorption ratio increase, and the insulation resistance increasesfirst and then decreases. The partial discharge inception voltage of the aged coils is less than that of thenon-aged coil. The deduced ageing life of the stator coil under high frequency pulse for wind powergenerator is more than 30 years.
