摘要 在对浙江省湿地资源现状分析基础上,从生态效益、经济效益和社会效益三个方面,建立了湿地生态安全评价指标体系,并采用熵值法指数模型,对浙江省湿地生态安全进行评价。研究表明:浙江省湿地生态安全的总效益指数、生态效益指数、经济效益指数和社会效益指数均呈逐年上升趋势,且经济效益的增长速度高于生态效益和社会效益的增长速度;而生态效益较低,湿地生态环境存在一定风险,在平衡生态、经济和社会多种效益的同时,须重点提升湿地的生态效益。建议从沿海滩涂湿地保护、动态监测机制、公众参与机制、立法保障等方面来保障湿地生态安全。研究成果可为浙江省湿地生态安全与环境保护提供参考。 In this paper, a wetland ecological security evaluation system is built based on ecological, economic, and socialbenefits with respect to wetland resources in Zhejiang province. An evaluation of wetland ecological security was conductedby using an exponential model of entropy to provide a reference for wetland ecology safety and environmental protection inZhejiang province. The results indicate that the efficiency indexes of total, ecological, economic, and social benefits increaseover time. Moreover, the growth rate of economic benefits is higher than the growth rate of ecological and social benefits.However, the ecological benefit is lower and there are certain risks to the wetland ecological environment. It is concludedthat the wetland ecological benefit should be promoted within the balance of multiple benefits. Therefore, wetland ecologicalsecurity should be protected by coastal beach wetlands, dynamic monitoring mechanisms, public participation mechanisms,and legal protection.
