摘要
未来的医疗市场竞争,将是核心竞争力的竞争。面对国内外医疗市场一体化,我国医院今后的战略选择只能是大力培育核心竞争力。在对医院核心竞争力概念及内涵进行界定的基础上,分析了构建医院核心竞争力的现实意义,提出了医院核心竞争力的构建方式和途径,研究了医院核心竞争力构建应具备的要素条件。
The competition in tomorrow medical market will be the competition of core competence. Facing the integration of medical market both in and out of the country, the only strategic choice domestic hospitals could make in the future is to devote major efforts to develop their core competence. This article is based on the delimitate of conception of the hospital core competence and its intension. It analysed the characteristic of hospital core competence and the practical significance of hospital core competence. Put forward the management measure of the differentiation, the development and the keep of hospital core competence.
