齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者睡眠的影响

Effects of Ziprasidone on sleep in patients with schizophrenia

目的:采用多导睡眠图(Polysomnogram,PSG)指标观察新型抗精神病药物齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者客观睡眠情况的影响。方法:将符合诊断标准的45例住院的精神分裂症患者列为病例组,按常规给予齐拉西酮治疗,并于治疗前和治疗后4周进行多导睡眠图描记;45名健康志愿者为对照组。结果:与对照组相比,病例组患者治疗前总睡眠时间减少,睡眠潜伏期延长,睡眠效率下降,觉醒时间、S1睡眠时间增多,REM睡眠潜伏期缩短,REM睡眠时间、SWS睡眠时间减少,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。S2睡眠比较的结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。服药4周后病例组患者较基线总睡眠时间延长,觉醒时间、S1睡眠时间减少,睡眠效率提高,S2、SWS睡眠时间增多,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:精神分裂症患者存在睡眠结构和睡眠连续性两方面的异常,齐拉西酮能改善精神分裂者患者的客观睡眠情况。

Objective To observe effects of Ziprasidone on sleep conditions in patients with schizophrenia through polysomnog-raphy （PSG） index. Methods： 45 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia meeting the diagnostic criteria were selected as case groupand treated with Ziprasidone; while 45 healthy volunteers were chosen as control group. Before and 4 weeks after the treatment, theywere examined by PSG. Results： Before the treatment, case group has less total sleep time, longer sleep latency period, decreasedsleep efficiency, increased awakening time and S1 sleep time, shortened REM sleep latency period, and decreased REM sleep andSWS sleep time than control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 01）; while there was no statistical differencein S2 sleep between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. 4 weeks after the treatment, compared with baseline for case group, the total sleeptime increased, the awakening time and S1 sleep time decreased, the sleep efficiency was improved, and S2 and SWS sleep time in-creased, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The patients with schizophrenia have abnormalsleep architecture and continuity, and Ziprasidone can improve the objective sleep condition for them.
