摘要
高校内部冲突是一种客观的社会存在,由冲突引发的张力具有积极的功能,但同时冲突张力对高校稳定的破坏作用也一直困扰着高校。依据西方社会冲突理论的研究成果,高校应采用多种积极有效的措施,消解过大的内部冲突张力,以维护高校的稳定和发展。
The inner conflict in colleges and universities is an objective phenomenon in society. Although the tension arisen by conflict has positive effects, it has a destructive effect on stability of colleges and universities by which also has been plagued. Based on the research of western Social Conflicts Theory, colleges and universities should adopt diverse effective steps to eliminate the inner serious conflicts and tensions to maintain the stability and development of colleges and universities.
