Stick to Objective Performance Management to Promote Scientific Development of College

结合黄冈职业技术学院的实践经验,高职院校推行目标管理,必须明确管理职能,理清管理思路;坚持目标管理,必须突出抓好关键环节,不断加强思想认识基础和科学管理基础;实施目标管理,既要注重实施过程,又要优化评价机制。

Combined with the practical experience of Huanggang Polytechnic College, the author thinks that if the target man-agement needs to be implemented in higher vocational colleges, we must definite the function of management, clear the management ideas, stick to the goal management, focus on the key links and constantly strengthen ideological foundation and scientific manage-ment knowledge. During the implementation of target management, we should pay attention to the implementation process and opti-mize the evaluation mechanism as well.
