On Ownership of the Labor and the Internal and External Relations of Production

生产关系除了人们熟知的生产资料所有制和生产单位外部生产关系即单位间生产关系这两个维度,还包含本文所重点分析的劳动力所有制维度,后者一定程度上决定与制约了前两个维度。劳动力所有制和生产资料所有制构成单位内部生产关系。基于上述三个维度,本文探讨了生产力决定生产关系原理在这些维度各自的实现机制,并对社会经济制度做了基本经济制度与经济运行制度的两侧面区分,后两者分别由单位内部生产关系与外部生产关系所规定,其中劳动力所有制维度的引入有助于对基本经济制度的更精细分析。而经济制度的两侧面区分,还有助于我们正确理解与认识当今的中国特色社会主义经济制度。

In addition to the two well-known dimensions of ownership of the means of production and the external relations of production or relations of production between production units,the relations of production also includes the dimension of ownership of the labor that this paper focuses on. The latter dimension determines the first two dimensions to a certain extent. Ownership of the labor and ownership of the means of production constitute the internal relations of a production unit. Based on the above three dimensions,this paper discusses respectively the realization mechanism of the principle that the productive force determines the relations of production,and divides the economic system into the basic economic system and the economic operation system,and the latter two were defined respectively by the internal and external relations of production. The introduction of the dimension of ownership of the labor can contribute to a more detailed analysis of the basic economic system. In the end,the division of the economic system also helps us to understand correctly the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics today.
