摘要
为了进一步开发和利用鲍氏层孔菌多糖资源,采用D-半乳糖所致的动物亚急性衰老损伤模型方法对鲍氏层孔菌多糖的护肝活性进行研究。结果表明,鲍氏层孔菌多糖显著提高小鼠肝脏中SOD活性、CAT活性、GSH-Px活性以及TAOC水平,显著降低肝脏中MDA含量,且呈现明显的剂量依赖关系,对小鼠肝氧化应激损伤具有保护作用,可作为保护氧化应激肝损伤的食品或药物的潜在资源。
In order to further develop and utilize polysaccharide resourses, the hepatoprotective activities of polysaccharide from Phellinus baumii Pilát mycelia(PBMP) were evaluated by D-galactose-induced hepatic injury in mice. The results indicated that the administration of PBMP could increase the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD, CAT, GSH-Px), decrease the levels of malondialodehyde, and enhance total antioxidant capabilities(TAOC) in livers of D-galactose-induced mice in dose-dependent manner. The polysaccharide from Phellinus baumii Pilát mycelia possess notable hepatoprotective activities and has the potential to be used as an hepatoprotective agent.
