枇杷叶总黄酮的富集及其生物活性的研究 被引量:11

Separation purification and bioactivities of total flavonoids from Folium Eriobotryae

摘要 以枇杷叶为原料,利用大孔吸附树脂富集纯化枇杷叶中的活性物质黄酮,并对分离工艺条件进行了优化选择。试验结果表明:HZ801树脂富集枇杷叶黄酮的最佳工艺参数为:常温3 BV/h上柱吸附,70%体积分数乙醇洗脱,洗脱流速为2 BV/h,在此工艺条件下,总黄酮得率85.3%,总黄酮纯度52.6%。枇杷叶黄酮的生物活性研究结果为:150 mg/kg小鼠的枇杷叶黄酮对小鼠具有一定的止咳作用。对O2-1·自由基的清除率高剂量组(0.8 mg/mL)对自由基的清除率比Vc的清除自由基能力强(P<0.05)。枇杷叶黄酮对动物脂质过氧化的能力随添加浓度的增加而增强,添加枇杷叶黄酮浓度为0.8 mg/mL对动物脂质自氧化具有较强的抑制能力。 Flavonoids of folium eriobotryae was purified by macroporous resin, we also optimized thepurification conditions. Results showed that HZ801 resin purification was obtained: 3 BV/h onabsorption at normal temperature, 70% ethanol cleared, flow rate of 2 BV/h. Under these process conditions, yield of total flavonoids was 85.3%, purity of total flavonoids was 52.6%. Experiment on the pharmacodynamics showed that 150 mg/kg mice with cough Ioquat leaf flavanone on mice. On O2^-1 free radical rate in high dose group (0.8 mg/mL) than in the Vc free radical scavenging ability strong (P〈0.05). The ability of Ioquat leaf flavanone on animal lipid peroxidation increased with concentration, The concentration of Ioquat leaf flavanone was 0.8 mg/mL on animal lipid auto-oxidation has stronger suppression ability.
