On the Communion of Souls between Mao Zedong and Lu Xun from the Perspectives of Literature and Art Thought

毛泽东一生推崇鲁迅,这并非是为了利用鲁迅,而是基于他们思想的相通。在文艺问题上他们也有诸多相通之处。他们都视文艺为推动革命前进的重要力量;他们都强调要把革命向作家提出的要求化为作家情感的内在需要;他们还强调文艺工作者要从实际出发,从中国国情出发,创造出符合中国现实需要的文学作品。

Mao Zedong has always canonized Lu Xun,not because Mao Zedong wants to take advantage of Lu Xun,but because they have many similarities both in their thought and in their views on the issues of literature and art. Both of them regard literature and art as an important force to promote the Chinese revolution.Both of them emphasize the importance of changing the requirement for the writers into their internal needs. In addition,both of them emphasize literature and art workers must proceed from the Chinese reality,and create literary works according to the actual conditions of China.
