Mao Zedong's Views on Developing Party Members' Personality

During the period of rectification movement in Yan＇an and at the 7th CPC National Congress,Mao Zedong issued many important expositions on fostering the Party spirit and developing the Party members＇ personality,which importantly constituted Mao Zedong＇s thought of Party construction and his humanology theory. This paper will make profound and systematic discussions about Mao Zedong＇s views on the Party spirit and personality,the development of personality view,the relation between personality development and individual role,and the methods for developing the Party members＇ personality. This will be important significance for us to further inherit and develop Mao Zedogn＇s thought of Party construction and his humanology theory under the newly historical background.
