摘要
转型经济背景下,市场和制度的频繁变化造成新企业在运营中面临高度的不确定性,战略试验成为新企业获取竞争优势的重要途径。基于此情境,本文对战略试验与新企业竞争优势的关系进行实证检验,深入探讨机会识别能力和机会利用能力两类创业能力的中介作用。实证结果表明:战略试验对新企业竞争优势具有积极影响;机会识别能力和机会利用能力在上述关系中均具有中介作用。本文有助于深化和拓展战略试验相关机理研究,也能为经济转型中的新企业构建和竞争优势维持提供理论指导。
New ventures are facing high uncertainty created by frequent changes in market and institutions in transitional economic context. Strategic experimentation is an important path for new ventures to achieve competitive advantages. This paper empirically examines the relationship between strategic experimentation and a new venture's competitive advantages.It also deep explores the media ting role of entrepreneurial capabilities including opportunity recognition and opportunity exploitation capabilities. The empirical results indicate that strategic experimentation has a positive effect on a new venture's competitive advantages; both of opportunity recognition and opportunity exploitation capabilities have mediating effects in the relationship above-mentioned.It provides deep insights into the influence mechanism of strategic experimentation and theoretical guidance for the establishment of new ventures and the maintenance of competitive advantages in transitional economic context.
