摘要
"国培"班主任专业发展价值决定"国培"的课程设置、方法选择、效果评估。总结四年来"国培"班主任专业发展价值贯彻过程中遇到的新情况、新问题、新经验,找准班主任专业发展价值应然性与实然性之间的差距,将"国培"班主任专业发展价值凝敛、彰显、升华——把开阔视野、提升境界、升华情怀作为核心价值理念,突破其经验性、直观性,实现"国培"班主任专业发展价值的突围;并将其贯穿于班主任"国培"活动始终,实现"国培"实践突围;同时向师范教育、职业生涯首尾延伸,打造具有大视野、高境界、博情怀的新一代立志立言、树德树人的班主任队伍。
The professional development value for head teachers involving in National Training Program determines curriculum, method and evaluation of this program. This study found the new circumstances, problems and experience that of the implementation process of the professional development value by making a summary of what had been done during the past 4 years, and focused on the gap between necessity and reality. Meanwhile, The professional development value for head teachers involving in the program has concentrated, demonstrated and sublimed: to broaden vision, to upgrade realm and to distill sentiment referred to a core value and breakthrough in its empiricism, intuition, thus, realized the regeneration of professional development value for head teachers involving in the pragram. And it was put into practice of head teachers all along so as to break through "national training" practice. Meanwhile, to extend the domain of the normal education and the professional career education throughout was to create a new generation head teachers team with the attributes of wide vision, high realm and rich sentiment.
