摘要
"执教资格授予权"是一种审核执教申请者是否具备从事教学资格的权力。起初这种权力由教会垄断,随着专业水平和自治能力的提升,教师行会要求在"执教资格授予权"有发言权。教师行会和教会为争夺"执教资格授予权"展开了长期博弈,这是一部学术权力和行政权力斗争、磨合、妥协的历史,为我国教师资格制度改革留下有益参照。
Power of accrediting and granting teaching licence in medieval university is a kind of power to audit whether an applicant is qualified for teaching. At first it was monopolized by church, but with the improvement of professional level and autonomy capacity, teachers' guild asked for having a voice in "power to accredit and grant teaching licence". In order to struggle for the power, teachers' guild launched a long-term game with church, which revealed a history of struggle, running-in and compromise between academic power and administrative power and left a beneficial reference for Teachers' Qual- ification System reform in China.
