Theory Construction and Practical Analysis of Beneficial Expression on Western Vulnerable Groups

从现代西方国家社会弱势群体利益表达的代表性理论流派以及美国、德国、法国等西方发达国家弱势群体利益表达的实践层面进行了阐述,以期对当下转型中的我国在此领域提供有益的借鉴与启示。结构功能主义、反馈环、行为主义、政治系统理论为弱势群体的利益表达搭建了必要的理论基石,而集体谈判、相关法律制度、社会组织以及国家与政府等平台设置为解决社会矛盾,实现利益有效表达,进而促进社会和谐稳定起到关键性作用。

The representative theory school of benefit expression on western vulnerable groups and the practice level of beneficial expression on vulnerable groups of developed countries such as America, Germany, France are discussed in order to provide the beneficial reference and enlightenment for transformation of China. The structural functionalism, feedback loop, behaviorism, political theory construct the necessary theory basis for bene- ficial expression of vulnerable groups, but collective bargaining, related systems, social organization, country and government play a key role in order to solve social contradiction, realize beneficial expression, then promote social harmony and stability.
