三联术治疗中重度混合痔的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Triplet Procedure for Mid and Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨三联术治疗中重度混合痔的临床疗效，回顾2010年4月至2012年5月于我院行三联术（PPH联合硬化注射术及外剥内扎术）治疗的51例混合痔患者（治疗组）资料，以及同期采用PPH治疗的40例患者（对照组）资料，对两组总体疗效、术后并发症、复发率进行比较。结果显示，两组患者均治愈，差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；术后疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但术后复发率治疗组明显低于对照组，P＜0．05。结果表明，三联术治疗中重度混合痔近期、远期疗效均满意，值得临床推广应用。

In order to explore the clinical effect of triplet procedure for treating mid and severe mixed hem- orrhoids,author retrospectively analyzed the data of 91 patients in whom 51 cases（as treatment group） had received this triplet procedure（i.e PPH＋sclero-injection therapy＋external dissection） , while rest 40 cases （as control group） had received alone PPH in author＇s station from April 2010 to May 2012yr., at same time compared the whole effects, postoperative complication and recurrence rate between both groups. As results,all of 91 patients were cured,so there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P〉0. 05） ;as to postoperative pain degree there also was no statistical difference （ P〉0.05） ,but in postoperative recurrence rate treatment group was significantly lower than control group（ P〈0.05）.Therefore it is said that this triplet procedure for mid and severe mixed hemorrhoids can obtain either short-term, or longer- term effect,and it is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
