直肠黏膜多点结扎加消痔灵注射治疗Ⅱ度直肠脱垂的疗效观察

Multi-site Ligation for Rectal Mucosa Plus Injecting Xiaozhiling in the Treatment of II Degree Proctoptosis： Observation on Effect

为探讨直肠黏膜多点结扎加消痔灵注射治疗Ⅱ度直肠脱垂的临床疗效，将30例Ⅱ度直肠脱垂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各15例，治疗组采用直肠黏膜多点结扎加消痔灵注射治疗，对照组行消痔灵注射治疗。结果显示，治疗组治愈13例，好转2例，治愈率为86．7％；对照组治愈9例，好转6例，治愈率为60．0％。治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗组患者满意度明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，直肠黏膜多点结扎加消痔灵注射治疗Ⅱ度直肠脱垂疗效肯定，且操作简便、安全、经济，患者满意度高，不失为一种治疗直肠脱垂的理想方法。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of multi-site ligation for rectal mucosa plus injec-ting Xiaozhiling in the treatment of Ⅱ degree proctoptosis, randomly divided the 30 patients with rectal proctoptosis into treatment group and control one, n =15,for each group;to the former gave above com bined therapy,while to control alone injecting Xiaozhiling. As results, in treatment group 13 cases were cured,2 improved,and curative rate was 86.7% ; while in controls, 9,6 and 60.0%, respectively, therefore the curative rate and patient＇s satisfaction degree of treatment group were all significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0.05）.It is concluded that multi-site ligation of rectal mucosa plus injecting Xiaozhil-ing for treating Ⅱ degree proctoptosis has certain effect and such merits as easy and simple operation,be ing safe and economic,and higher patient＇s satisfaction degree,which could be named an ideal therapy.
