50％葡萄糖注射液局部注射治疗老年出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效

Local Injecting 50% Glucose Injection in the Treatment of Senile Outlet Obstructive Constipation： Clinical Effect

为探讨50％葡萄糖注射液局部注射治疗老年出口梗阻型便秘（OOC）的临床疗效，我科对70例老年OOC患者采用此法治疗。结果显示，本组70例患者中，治愈55例，好转14例，无效1例，总有效率为98．6％（69／70））。治疗后未见注射处感染、大出血、肛门狭窄等并发症及后遗症。术后随访1年，复发1例。结果表明，50％葡萄糖注射液局部注射治疗老年OOC疗效肯定，复发率低，并发症少。

In order to investigate the clinical effect of local injecting 50% glucose injection for treating se nile outlet obstructive constipation（OOC） author＇s department adopted this therapy to treat 70 senile pa- tients with OOC.As results, 55 cases were cured, 14 improved, 1 was of non-response, and total effective rate was 98.6 % （69/70） ;after injecting no infection of injected sites, massive bleeding and anal stenosis, etc complication or sequel occured;the follow-up of one year found 1 case being recurrence.Results show that this injection therapy for senile OOC has certain effect,low recurrence rate and less complication.
