徐氏肾炎灵胶囊抗大鼠肾炎的研究

Effect of Xu's Shenyanling Capsule on Rat Nephritis Model

目的观察徐氏肾炎灵胶囊抗大鼠肾炎的影响。方法给药组与模型对照组大鼠用Freund完全佐剂诱发大鼠肾炎,给药组分别给予徐氏肾炎灵、强的松,模型对照组与健康对照组给予同体积蒸馏水,观察尿、血生化指标以及肾脏病理学形态变化和体重。结果与模型对照组比较,徐氏肾炎灵组的血尿素氮、尿蛋白的含量与肾间质损伤程度均显著降低,体重改善。结论徐氏肾炎灵对抗大鼠肾炎治疗作用明显。

Objective To observe the effect of Xu＇s Shenyanling capsule on rat nephritis model. Methods Rats with nephritis induced by Freund＇s complete adjuvant were divided into drug group and control group. Rats in drug group were given Xu＇s Shenyanling Capsule and prednisone,those in control group were given prednisone in same volume of distilled water. Rat blood and urine biochemical indexes,kidney morphological changes and body weight were observed. Results Compared with control group, blood urea nitrogen, the content of urinary protein and the degree of renal interstitium injury in drug group were significandy lowered, and body weight was improved. Conclusion Xu＇s Shenyanling capsule has curative effect on rat nephritis.
