民办高校管理学教学改革的必要性、定位与路径

On Management Teaching Reform in Private Colleges:The Necessity, Orientation and Path

管理学是一门应用性很强的学科,是经管类专业的基础课,在后续专业核心课程的学习中发挥着重要的作用,因而对管理学教学改革的研究成为众多高校教师关注的焦点。本文从民办高校的现状出发,指出了民办高校管理学教学改革的必要性,对管理学教学改革的定位、路径进行了探讨,以期提高民办高校管理学的教学质量。

Management, as a highly applied discipline, is a pro-fessional basic course of management majors, and also plays an important role in learning the subsequent professional core cours-es, thus the study of teaching reform of management has become the focus of many teachers in colleges and universities. Based on the current situation of private colleges, this paper points out the necessity of management teaching reform in private colleges, and discusses the orientation and path of management teaching re-form, in order to improve the teaching quality of management in private colleges.
