摘要
教育部要求,从2013年起,各高校要编制并发布毕业生就业质量年度报告,今后将作为大学安排招生、设置专业、改进人才培养模式的重要依据。独立院校这一中国大陆特有的高等院校办学模式,毕业生的就业质量、人才培养模式显得更为重要。独立学院毕业生就业与公办高校、民办院校相比,有哪些竞争优势呢?本文试图以浙江省内某特殊独立学院(母体在省外)为例,从就业率、就业质量、月收入分析、职业吻合度、就业满意度分析该校2013届毕业生的就业现状,探寻此类独立院校毕业生就业竞争的有利因素,希望能为独立学院的人才培养、教学改革、招生以及学生的求职就业,提供一些参考依据。
Since 2013, the Ministry of Education has required that all colleges and universities should prepare and publish annual reports on the employment quality of graduates. In the future, it will act as an important basis for recruiting students, setting up majors, and improving personnel training modes. The employment quality and personnel training mode are much more important in Chinese independent colleges. Compared with public colleges and private colleges, how many advantages do independent colleges possess in employment competitiveness? With one of the independent colleges in Zhejiang Province (the headquarter is in another province) as an example, this paper attempts to analyze the current employment situation of graduates in 2013 from the rate of employment, the quality of employment, monthly income, specialty-job relevancy and job satisfaction, and discover the favorable competition factors of graduates from such independent colleges. We hope to provide some references for the talent training, teaching reform, student enrollment and employment of independent colleges.
