摘要
本文制备了珊瑚粉/聚丙烯(PP)复合材料并对其性能进行了研究。首先,废弃的珊瑚经破碎得到粉体,通过溶液法使用庚二酸(PA)对粉体进行表面改性,然后通过熔融共混将其与PP进行混合挤出,最后对复合材料的结晶熔融行为、力学性能、表面形貌和非等温结晶动力学进行了分析。结果表明:经庚二酸修饰的珊瑚粉是一种高效的B成核剂,使复合材料的口晶含量能够达到最大的92.2%,显著提升了复合材料的抗冲击性能,并且能够改善珊瑚粉在基体中的分散以及与基体的相容性;而熔融结晶行为以及非等温动力学表明,改性珊瑚粉的加入能起到异相成核,降低活化能,促进结晶的作用。
In this paper, the preparation o[ the coral powder/poiypropylene (PP) composite material and its properties were studied. Firstly, coral powder (C) by broken got by breaking abandoned coral was modified by pimelic acid (PA) through solution method, and then compound with PP by melt extrusion blending, and the properties of C/PP composites were analyzed. The results show that the coral powder modified by pimelic acid is a kind of efficient beta nucleating agent, resuiting in the maximum Ks value of 0. 99 in PP composites, and also significantly improved the impact strength by 220.6% compared with the pure PP by promoting the dispersion and compatibility in PP. And melt crystallization behavior and nonisothermal kinetics showed that the adding the modified coral powder can have heterogeneous nucleation and reduce the activation energy.
