摘要
对风电塔筒用钢Q345FT进行了试验研究,通过适当的成分、组织、工艺设计,采用控轧控冷工艺轧制。对试验钢进行力学性能检验和显微组织分析,结果表明:试制钢板的各项力学性能均符合技术要求,具有良好的低温冲击性能。
With proper design on composition, organization and process, the wind power tower tube steel Q345FT were studied by controlled rolling and controlled cooling process. The mechanical properties testing and microstructure analysis of test steel have been done, the results showed that the mechanical properties conform to technical requirements and have good low--temperature impact performance.
