摘要
目的探讨上消化道出血患者内科治疗。方法对上消化道出血患者36例药物治病资料进行分析。结果以消化性溃疡20例,急性胃黏膜病变8例,食管胃底静脉曲张8例。有效30例,无效6例,有效率为85%。结论正确诊断与治疗是救治本病的关键。
Objective Medical treatment for patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is to be discussed. Methods Medical treatment data of 36 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was analyzed. Results Among 20 cases of peptic ulcer,there are 8 cases of acute gastric mucosal lesion and 8 cases of esophageal and gastric varices,with 30 cases of effective treatment and 6 cases of ineffective treatment with an effectiveness rate of 85%. Conclusion Correct diagnose and treatment are the key to treat this diseases.
