摘要
目的探讨直肠阴道瘘患者临床手术治疗方法。方法对2013年1月至2014年6月收治的直肠阴道瘘患者16例临床资料进行分析。结果 16例经手术治疗后均顺利愈合。结论根据不同的病因、瘘口的位置与大小等因素来决定手术方案。
Objective The clinical y surgical treatment of rectovaginal fistula to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the clinical treatment data selected from 16 cases of patients with rectovaginal fistula who are treated inn January 2013 to June 2014. Results Al of 16 cases of patients are cued after being surgical y treated. Conclusion Adopt proper surgical treatment method according to diverse causes for disease,the fistula position and its size,etc.
