预激综合征的诊断及治疗分析

The Diagnosis And Treatment Analysis of Wolff Parkinson-White(WPW) Syndrome

目的探讨预激综合征临床诊断及心动过速发作期与间歇期治疗分析。方法选取临床25例预激综合征患者心电图诊断与治疗方法进行分析。结果经治疗显效17例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效23例,总有效率94%。结论预激综合征多见于无基础心脏病的患者,少数发生在有基础心脏病的患者。如果发生心动过速应予以治疗。

Objective The clinical treatment of Wolff Parkinson-White（WPW） Syndrome as wel as the treatment analysis of intermittent period of tachycardia il ness to be investigated. Methods Analyzing ECG diagnosis and treatment data selected from 25 cases of patients with WPW Syndrome. Results With being treated,17 cases of patients have a sign of improvement in the health state,and 6 cases are effective but 2 cases are not.There are 23 effective cases in total with 94 percent effectiveness rate. Conclusion WPW Syndrome is prevalent in patients without innate heart disease,but with some exceptions sometimes.The patients with tachycardia should be given urgent treatment and attendance.
