老年慢性心力衰竭30例临床治疗体会

The Clinical Treatment Experience of 30 Cases of Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取30例老年慢性心力衰竭患者临床治疗方法分析。结果经治疗显效11例,有效15例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。结论老年慢性心力衰竭治疗去除病因,减轻心脏负荷,增强心肌收缩力,改善心脏功能,有利于心脏功能的恢复。

Objective The clinical treatment effects of elderly patients with chronic heart failure to be observed. Methods Analyzing clinical treatment data selected from 30 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Results With clinical treatment,11 cases show a sign of improvement in patients’health state,15 cases are effective,while,4 cases are not,and the effectiveness probability reaches to 86.67 percent in total.Conclusion The key to cure elderly patients with chronic heart failure is to dissolve etiology issue,to alleviate cardiac stress,to enhance myocardial contractility,and to improve cardiac function,which is conducive to recovering cardiac function.
