摘要
目的探讨甲状腺癌的治疗体会与经验。方法选取2013年3月至2013年9月收治入院的行手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者临床资料进行分析。结果经过治疗后,老年组患者的一年显效率为50%,中年组患者的一年显效率为81.2%。两组数据对比,具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论临床经过甲状腺X线及CT等各项检查,确诊为甲状腺癌,甲状腺癌作次全或全切除者应终身服用甲状腺素片。
Objective The treatment experience of thyroid cancer to be investigated. Methods Analyzing clinical data selected from patients with thyroid cancer who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to September 2013. Results With being treated,the effectiveness probability in old-aged group is 50 percent,while,it is 81.2 percent in middle-aged group.Such a comparison manifests the differentiation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thyroid cancer is diagnosed clinical y by thyroid-rays and CT examination;It is suggested for patients operated with total or subtotal resection to take thyroxine tablets in the whole life.
