小儿远端型尿道下裂的手术治疗体会

The Experience in Surgical Treatment of Children with Distal Hypospadias

目的探讨保留尿道板手术治疗小儿远端型尿道下裂的效果。方法将60例尿道下裂患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组采用横断尿道板手术方式,治疗组采用保留尿道板手术方式。结果治疗组术后的排尿自控能力、尿线集中等情况都明显好于对照组,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论保留尿道板手术治疗小儿远端型尿道下裂能更加有效改善预后排尿功能,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of surgical treatment of pediatric distal type hypospadias via retention urethra board operation. Methods Randomly divided 60 cases of children with hypospadias into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, cross sectional urethral plate surgery was used in control group and retention urethra board operation was used in treatment group. Results After surgery, it is significantly better in self-control in micturition and the concentration of urinary stream in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion It has a better effect in improve urination function.
