胫后动脉穿支皮瓣与腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿远端创面的疗效对比分析

Comparison Analysis of Curative Effect in the Flaprepair Distal Leg Wound Treated with Posterior Tibial Artery Perforators Flap and Sural Nerve Nutrient Vessels

目的对胫后动脉穿支皮瓣与腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿远端及足踝部分软组织缺损的术后疗效进行对比分析,为选择更加适合修复方式提供参考。方法 2010年12月至2013年12月收治47例足、踝以及远端小腿皮肤软组织缺损患者,使用胫后动脉穿支皮瓣修复22例,腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复25例,对术后并发症发生率进行统计分析。结果胫后动脉穿支皮瓣组与腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣组在术后并发症比较中无统计学意义。结论胫后动脉穿支皮瓣术后受区外观较好,手术操作相对简单,是一个比较好的足、踝以及远端小腿皮肤软组织缺损的修复方式。

Objective In order to provide choices of the suitable repair way, comparison analysis of curative effect were done in the flaprepair distal leg wound treated with posterior tibial artery perforators flap and sural nerve nutrient vessels. Methods 47 patients who have Foot,ankle,and distal leg skin and soft tissue defect were hospitalized in 2014-12~2013-12, and then 22 patients were repaired with posterior tibial artery perforators flap and 25 patients were repaired sural nerve nutrient vessels. The incidence of postoperative complications was analyzed. Results The postoperative complications comparison in patients treated with posterior tibial artery perforators flap and sural nerve nutrient vessels show no statistical significance. Conclusion Postoperative posterior tibial artery perforators flap area had good appearance having little impact on limb function, moreover operation was relatively simple. So the posterior tibial artery perforators flap is a good distal foot, ankle and calf skin soft tissue defect repair method.
