摘要 目的探讨石英纤维桩应用在重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的疗效。方法对我院口腔科自2012年1月至2014年1月就诊的重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的患者进行30例石英纤维桩修复与30例金属桩修复,对其临床疗效进行分析探讨。结果观察两组患者两年后临床疗效,前者与后者成功率分别为97%和85%。结论石英纤维桩应用在重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的修复上具有明显的优势及推广价值。 Objective The treatment effect of the application of quartz fiber post to severe attrition with dentition defect is to be explored. Methods Patients suffering severe attrition with dentition defect who came to Department of Stomatology in our hospital since January 2012 to January 2014 are selected.30 of them are repaired by the quartz fiber posts,while 30 of them are repaired by the metal post.After that,the clinical treatment effect is analyzed and discussed. Results Compared the clinical treatment effects of these two groups after two years,the success rate of the former and the latter are respectively 97%and 85%. Conclusion There are obvious advantages in application of quartz fiber post to severe attrition with dentition defect and it’s valuable to popularize it.
