摘要
医院核心竞争力是医院保持长期稳定可持续发展的动力源泉,医院想要谋求生存与发展,就必须大力培育医院的核心竞争力。本文就核心竞争力的构成及其特征进行了分析,并在此基础上对医院如何培养核心竞争力进行了探索。
The core competitiveness of the hospital is power source of long-term, stable and sustainable development. To seek survival and development, the cultivation of hospital core competence is a must. In this paper, the composition and characteristics of core competitiveness was analyzed, and the strategy was explored.
