摘要
目的探讨心绞痛的药物治疗中硝酸盐类药物效果。方法对58例心绞痛患者硝酸盐类药物治疗资料进行分析。结果心绞痛总有效率为85%。结论有效改善心绞痛症状,但因其会反射性增加交感神经张力从而使心率增快。
Objective Nitrates drug’s impact on angina in drug treatment is to be discussed. Methods Treatment effect of nitrates drug of 58 patients with angina was analyzed. Results Total effective rate of angina 85%. Conclusion It can improve angina symptom effectively. Since it can increase sympathetic tone reflectively, heart rate wil increase.
